Rocket Man [remix] 1972 - ELTON JOHN

"Rocket Man (I Think It's Going to Be a Long, Long Time)" é uma música composta por Elton John e Bernie Taupin que ficou mundialmente famosa na voz de John. É baseada no conto "The Rocket Man", do livro The Illustrated Man, de Ray Bradbury, e traz de volta o tema da música Space Oddity, que David Bowie compôs em 1969. Rocket Man foi lançado no álbum "Honky Château", de 1972, e tornou-se um hit, alcançando a 2ª posição na lista das mais pedidas da Inglaterra e a 6ª nos EUA.

A letra da música, escrita por Taupin, colaborador de longa data de John, descreve os sentimentos de um astronauta em Marte que deixou a família pelo trabalho. Musicalmente, a canção é uma balada pop com um excelente arranjo, ancorado no piano de John, com uma textura atmosférica adicionada por meio de sintetizadores e slide guitars.

"Rocket Man" foi listada na 242ª posição na lista das 500 maiores músicas de todos os tempos da revista Rolling Stones, em 2004.

Outra música chamada "Rocket Man" (e também baseada no conto de Bradbury) foi lançada pela banda Pearls Before Swuine no álbum "The Use of Ashes", de 1970. Em uma entrevista na Billboard Magazine, Taupin reconheceu que a música do Pearls lhe serviu de inspiração.

Curiosidade: esta musica foi também representada pelo famoso ator de Star Trek, William Shatner, onde durante a música ele fuma um cigarro.

"How Deep Is Your Love?" é uma canção escrita por Barry, Robin e Maurice Gibb dos Bee Gees e lançada como single no ano de 1977.

Foi originalmente escrita para compor a trilha sonora  do filme "Saturday Night Fever", estando presente no álbum oficial do filme, tendo se tornado um grande sucesso dos anos 70. Foi ainda a música com mais adaptações de todos os tempos, com mais de 400 regravações.

Contonetes Johnson & Johnson:

Os produtos Johnson & Johnson sempre foram referência no que diz respeito à higiene pessoal. Nesse clássico comercial dos cotonetes, é apresentado um simpático homenzinho azul, que se tornou um ícone publicitário da marca em questão.

Nessa campanha publicitária o homenzinho aparecia enrolado em uma toalha saindo do banho, rebolando e cantando, e depois completava sua higiene mostrando a maciez e a flexibilidade dos contonetes .A Johnson & Johnson criou um tema que era objetivo da campanha “Gente grande também precisa de carinho”.

Para mostrar que o produto tinha outros usos além dos cuidados infantis. Até os dias de hoje, a empresa é uma das líderes de mercado no segmento e já foram criadas mais de 20 campanhas publicitárias com o personagem do homenzinho azul principal 'garoto propaganda' da marca durante os anos 80. Devido a esse primeiro anúncio publicitário com o homenzinho azul, a Johnson & Johnson levou bronze no festival de Cannes, em 1978.

In this campaign the little man appeared wrapped in a towel coming out of the shower, singing and swaying, and then completed his toilet showing the softness and flexibility of contonetes. Johnson & Johnson created a theme that was goal of the campaign "People also need great affection ".


To show that the product had other uses besides childcare. Even today, the company is a market leader in the segment and have already created more than 20 campaigns with the main character of the little man blue 'poster boy' of the brand during the '80s. Because of this first commercial with the little man Blue, Johnson & Johnson took bronze at Cannes in 1978.

voz? Continua a mesma. “Mas os meus cabelos, quanta diferença...” Esse era o bordão utilizado na campanha publicitária da Colorama que foi ao ar pela primeira vez em meados dos anos 70 e alcançou seu auge no começo dos anos 80 com grande prestígio de público e de vendas nos anos 80.

Com 4 tamanhos e oito fórmulas diferentes, incluindo o creme rinse,os xampus e condicionadores Colorama era o que tinha de melhor para deixar seus cabelos fortes, sedosos, macios e brilhantes.

A primeira faz tchan, a segunda faz tchun, e tchan, tchan, tchan, tchan!Como esquecer desse bordão, hein? Com essa inesquecível campanha publicitária de 1980, intitulada como “pai e filho” e que fazia referência às duas lâminas, e a facilidade para utilizar o produto, a Gillette mostrava a forma fácil e econômica de se barbear.Nesse comercial , um jovem aparece fazendo a barba, e de repente é surpreendido pelo pai no banheiro que pergunta pro filho se está tudo bem.

Daí ele responde: está tudo bem, tudo azul. Referindo-se ao aparelho prestobarba que na época tinha a coloração azul. Sendo assim, o jovem explica ao pai os atributos do prestobarba e então clássico bordão.

No finalzinho do comercial, o pai também faz a barba de frente ao espelho, seguindo os passos do filho. Com esse anúncio publicitário, a Gillette conquistou ainda mais seus consumidores e o mesmo ficou no ar por mais 5 anos , produzindo assim mais outros 3 comerciais, inclusive no ano de 1992, o comercial foi ao ar também intitulado como “pai e filho”, onde o jovem já tinha um filho e o garotinho também observava o pai fazendo a barba e no finalzinho repetia o slogan, e claro, mais uma vez o comercial se fixou na mente do público, assim como o primeiro lançado em 1980. O bordão Tchan, tchan, tchan, tchan! Fez tanto sucesso que foi relançado por mais 2 vezes. Em 2001, pelo cantor Leonardo onde o slogan era: Prestobarba dá um tchan, tchan, tchan na sua vida e em 2003, pelo ex - jogador de basquete Oscar juntamente com seu filho. Desse modo, a Gillette vem comprovando há décadas a qualidade de um produto de barbear prático, rápido e perfeito.

"Another One Bites the Dust" é uma canção escrita pelo baixista John Deacon, da banda Queen e é a terceira faixa do álbum de 1980 "The Game".

É tido como um dos maiores sucessos dos Queen: foi uma música que estabeleceu a ligação entre o rock dos primeiros anos da banda e os novos sons que iriam usar nos tempos seguintes, como o funk. É reconhecida pela sua linha de baixo pulsante, na verdade há quem a compare à música "Good Times" da banda Chic, uma das favoritas de Deacon. Fez um enorme sucesso principalmente nos EUA onde alcançou o topo das paradas de rock, soul e disco.

Inicialmente não seria um single. Mas depois de uma sugestão de Michael Jackson, a banda decidiu lançá-la.

Desde o seu lançamento em 1980 que esta canção foi tocada pela banda em quase todos os seus shows fazendo enorme furor entre o público, uma das melhores versões ao vivo é a que é feita em Montreal em 1981 que está no DVD duplo "Queen Rock Montreal & Live AID".

Quanto ao seu videoclipe não muito elaborado e sem grandes efeitos especiais mostra a mudança de visual da banda onde Freddie aparece de jeans e com uma cabeada amarela e de bigode, abandonando por completo o estilo da década de 1970. Em 2006 esta canção foi remixada pelo Miami Project voltando as paradas de sucesso.

Foi a 28ª música mais tocada nas rádios brasileiras em 1980.
